Daria Hall
Daria Hall serves as Policy Director for the Wisconsin Partnership. In that role, she works to identify and advocate for a state policy agenda that will enable local partners to move further, faster toward their goals for increasing access to quality early childhood care and education for all children.
Previously, Daria served in leadership roles with the Education Trust, a national, non-profit advocacy organization dedicated to advancing opportunity and achievement for low-income students and students of color, pre-K through college.
Daria is a proud Milwaukee Public Schools graduate. She holds a bachelor’s from Rice University in Houston and a master’s from the LaFollette School of Public Affairs at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Kristin Kappelman
Kristin Kappelman is the Policy Research Project Manager for the Wisconsin Partnership. She provides research and data support across the four Wisconsin-based StriveTogether organizations and to help guide the policy agenda.
Kristin previously held research and data positions with Milwaukee Public Schools, the City of Milwaukee, and a nonprofit in Washington, DC. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a master’s from Marymount University.
